China Kadoorie Biobank (CKB) has released several blood biomarker datasets for open access research. These datasets include clinical biochemistry (17 measurements) in approximately 20,000 plasma samples, NMR-metabolomics (Nightingale platform, 225 measurements) in  approximately 7,300 samples, MS-metabolomics (Metabolon platform, 1,200 measurements) in   approximately 400 samples, and proteomics (OLINK immuno-oncology panel, 92 measurements) in  approximately 1,400 samples. These datasets were generated in subsets of CKB participants selected for pilot studies of specific diseases, including stroke and coronary heart disease, diabetes, pancreatic cancer, and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. This collection of biomarker data is now available for open access researchers based in China to request.
